Andy Gallagher is a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter originally from Los Angeles, California but now lives in Millport, Isle of Cumbrae on the West Coast of Scotland.
He started Scottish Rock / Grunge / Alternative Rock band OVERHAUL back in 1997 and they are still going strong.
Andy also has a solo career which keeps him busy when he’s not with OVERHAUL. He has released solo albums on After Music Recordings in Minneapolis, USA and his own label Mood Vertigo Recordings.
Andy has also toured as U.K touring bassist and backing vocalist for Violent Femmes frontman Gordon Gano’s solo band GORDON GANO AND THE RYANS and will shortly be announcing that he will be joining a US band for their UK/EU tour.
Over the last 10 years or so, Andy has built a little studio called The Hidden Studio and has done mixing and mastering for a few bands including Minneapolis based Industrial Noise band BOY DIRT CAR.
